A Story of Resilience, Loss, and Purpose

Kiersten’s memoir shares her deeply personal journey with lymphoedema, from the sudden onset of symptoms as a college athlete to the emotional, physical, and financial toll of living with a chronic condition. Through misdiagnoses, difficult therapies, and the loss of her athletic path, she ultimately finds strength, acceptance, and purpose.

Her story speaks to the reality of navigating lymphatic disease while also offering hope, honesty, and encouragement to others who may feel isolated in their own experiences.
