If you attend a fashion show or a social fundraiser this October, beware of pink drinks - if they contain alcohol, that is. The alcohol may give you a nice buzz, but it raises your estrogen levels, which raises your risk. Read more for the details.

How Much Alcohol Is Safe?

An alcoholic drink a day is like taking a booster shot of hormones and since 80% of breast tumors are fueled by those hormones, your risk increases. Understand the evidence that links alcohol to breast cancer.
