Drink Yourself to Health
Among the many temptations at a bountiful holiday table is alcohol - and you may be offered a taste or two. Decline these graciously and try the buzz-free versions instead. Any kind of alcohol increases your hormone levels, which puts your health at risk. Head for the water, tea or coffee instead.

Now, unless they are on Medicare or have the resources to afford between $88,000 and $100,000 a year a year for the drug, that hope is beyond reach.  The news came Friday as FDA commissioner Dr. Margaret A. Hamburg handed down a ruling on this targeted therapy.
