Breast cancer treatment leaves many patients managing lymphedema, radiation-induced fibrosis, surgical scarring, chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, and chronic fatigue, challenges that standard rehabilitation does not always fully resolve. This session introduces Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT), an electrostatic-field modality to stimulate lymphatic drainage, reduce inflammation, soften fibrotic tissue, and support wound healing. Attendees will learn the mechanism of action behind deep oscillation, review the current clinical evidence base, and walk through a practical treatment protocol, including indications, contraindications, and how DOT integrates with MLD, compression therapy, and HBOT. Ideal for clinicians treating post-surgical and post-treatment breast cancer patients who want an evidence-based adjunctive tool for their recovery toolkit.
