The National Lymphedema Network maintains its current position
on lymphedema training programs where the following requirements must be met: one-third (1/3) of training hours must be a minimum of 45 hours theoretical instruction and two-thirds (2/3) of training hours must be a minimum of 90 hours practical, hands-on, face-to-face laboratory instruction.
