Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the National Lymphedema Network, we hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. As we strive to get through this challenging time, stress and negativity can easily overwhelm us as we adjust our daily lives to preserve health, protect our loved ones, and make our individual contributions for the sake of our community.
Like with all situations, we have the option to focus on the positive and look for the silver lining within the current crisis we face. Many families are offered the unique opportunity to increase quality time spent together, homes and public spaces are extraordinarily clean and organized, and the world is unified in its efforts to overcome this pandemic.
Furthermore, there is an unquestionably significant and positive impact on the environment. Carbon emissions have been drastically reduced, waters are becoming transparent allowing us to see the aquatic life, and we have clear blue skies all over. Let's add to this global effort by sending out positive vibrations of love and healing with the hopes of having universal peace and health return to us all as soon as possible.
Until then, with many educational opportunities lost from conferences being cancelled, the National Lymphedema Network is offering open access to all videos from the 2019 NLN Conference. May the presentations feed your hungry minds and inspire you to continue your efforts in the world of lymphology.
