From Pam Stephan, your Guide to Breast Cancer
The health benefits of red wine are back in the news, with a study that says it can lower your risk for breast cancer. Don't head for the wine shop yet - there's more to the story than that!

With Red Wine and Breast Cancer - Play It Safe
A recent study was done on a group of healthy California women - who had to drink a daily glass of red wine one month, and white wine the next month. I guess somebody has to participate in research! The researchers say that red wine may be more effective than white wine at lowering breast cancer risk. But is that quite true?

Alcohol and Breast Cancer Risk: Facts
It may tickle your nose or warm your tummy or pleasure your tongue, but alcohol is still on the list of risk factors for breast cancer. If you're in treatment, that goes double - during chemo, the only cocktails you should be having are the ones made with drugs. Get the facts on alcohol and your health.

Fruit Smoothies - Healthy Drink Alternative
Try pouring something really healthy in your glass - whizz together a fruit smoothie from fresh or frozen ingredients. You'll get great flavor, fiber, antioxidants, and power phytochemicals.
