Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, and the December holidays are already in the planning stages. I get stressed just thinking about menu planning, hotel reservations, and juggling all the relationships! Can you spell S-T-R-E-S-S? Do a little groundwork and make sure your relationships are healthy - or at least as good as you can get.

 


Keep Supportive Relationships Healthy
Holidays can be stressful as well as happy! If you're dealing with breast cancer or in recovery, work to make your relationships mutually supportive.  Here are some ideas to get you started.
