Here comes the holidays - and I am never ready! The year that I was in treatment for breast cancer was hard already, but when the Christmas countdown started, all I could do was nap. I can actually feel stressed and nap at the same time - holidays give me anxiety dreams. Head off the holiday stress - here's some tips that may help!
